Community & Culture

This year’s event will focus on highlighting leadership from a range of perspectives, with the our panel of esteemed black leaders.

Come and join the Deloitte Multicultural Network in our annual celebration of Black History Month.

Last year we touched on the topic of thriving in times of uncertainty where 150+ guests joined us to explore the various types of uncertainties we face in our professional and personal lives. This year’s event will focus on highlighting leadership from a range of perspectives.

With the insight of our esteemed panel of black leaders, the evening will equip guests with a range of tools and tangible takeaways through exploring their journeys to date, any barriers they have faced as well as looking ahead into the future of their careers

Leadership is not just about seniority, but is about creating an impact too. We will also look to explore with our panel the topics of role models, representation and leadership in business, popular culture, families and local communities.

Panellists:

• Tim Campbell MBE, Head of Client Services, International Talent Acquisition for Alexander Mann Solutions & Founder of Bright Ideas Trust

• Anna Dowuona-Kludze, Head of Regulatory compliance, Handelsbanken

• Christine Ondimu, Compliance Insights and Reporting Manager, HSBC

• David Wallis, Deloitte Risk Advisory Partner

• Leon Walker, Head of New Business UK, INSTANDA

The evening will be rounded off with entertainment and networking over Afro-Caribbean inspired food and drinks.

All guests must be aged 18 and over.
