The career enhancer series is open to lawyers and business services professionals, looking to develop insights and grow their network in a collaborative environment.
If you have ever felt that lurking inner sense that you are a fraud (not in the financial sense!), beem filled with deep self-doubt, or worried that your success is down to luck rather than talent? Then it’s very possible you suffer from imposter syndrome. Many of the factors that heighten the risk of imposter syndrome developing – from perfectionist tendencies to high pressure environments – can be pretty common in the legal sector. So if your inner imposter is causing you to doubt yourself or downplay your credentials, you’re not alone. This workshop will explore the topic of imposter syndrome, de-bunking some myths along the way. And we will look at practical strategies you can introduce to keep the imposter at bay.
