Come join us at the Carer Confident Reception at BT Tower as we honour caregivers and celebrate over 120 accreditations in our 60th year!
Welcome to the Carer Confident Reception at BT Tower!
Join us for an evening of networking and learning at this iconic venue. Hosted by one of our founding Employers for Carers (EfC) member organisations, BT, this event will celebrate over 120 accreditations under the Carer Confident employer benchmarking scheme. This includes a growing number of employers who are achieving the standard for the first time, renewing their accreditation or moving up a level of the three-stage benchmark.
The reception, held in Carers UK’s 60th anniversary year and coincidentally BT Tower’s 60th anniversary as well, will provide an opportunity to reflect on the evolution of EfC, officially launched as an employer membership service at BT Tower in 2009, with its benchmarking scheme, Carer Confident, following 10 years later in 2019.
The event will be taking place between 6.00 – 8.30 pm and will include celebratory drinks and opportunities to come together to celebrate the achievements of Carer Confident employers and the sustained efforts and commitment of our EfC member organisations to improve the lives of unpaid carers in their workforce.
