We will hear about some of the developments that have made Orchard Therapeutics one of UCLβs most successful spin out companies β with over Β£392m in investment and 9 different treatments currently in the clinical pipeline.
Prof. Clare Elwell introduces her interdisciplinary work on neuro-imaging with functional near infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS). We will hear about the Global fNIRS project and how this is improving our understanding of cognitive development in populations facing socio-economic and environmental adversities.
