The seminar series in the Department of Digital Humanities at King's College London is a place to think with, and about, the digital. On this theme, we are lucky to host Craig Fenton, a business leader and entrepreneur who has worked in the technology industry for 20 years. Craig leads Strategy & Operations for Google in UK and Ireland.
Craig will be in conversation with academics in the department about creativity on social media platforms. For Craig, creativity with a capital C has blossomed in digital media like YouTube and AR/VR - but he is also interested in creativity with a small c - how we as leaders navigate a world in which change is a constant.
This event will be useful for students looking to become entrepreneurs, hoping to work in tech industries in London and beyond, as well as academics and anyone else interested in how Google sees the future of creativity.
There will be a Q&A session, and a wine reception to follow.
