We're excited to announce that we are rebranding to Customer Stories and we'd love you to join us for our launch party!
Happy New Year! We're kicking off 2020 with an exciting new name and new goal and we'd love for you to join us through this exciting journey!
We've expanded beyond Support Stories and we've looked within the community and can see that the importance of the Customer in the businesses we work at has grown exponentially. We're driving customer-centricity and revenue in our departments now and our community will now reflect that!
Customer Stories aims to bring together thought leaders in Customer Success, Customer Service, Customer Care/Happiness/Love, Customer Experience and Customer Support. Together, we share stories and challenges we face day to day in our roles to learn from each other and grow. So if you feel this would be suitable to others in your network, please share!
What's happening on the 15th Jan?
We're having a party at Curve offices! Expect an evening filled with lots of networking with like minded professionals and fruitful chats.
There will be food (vegan friendly options too), drinks and sweet snacks!
We'd love it if everyone coming could bring their merch/swag from their company to share!
