Please join us to celebrate the work of outstanding UK scientists who are investigating the impact of climate change on human health.
Join us as we celebrate the work of outstanding UK scientists whose research is helping to assess and mitigate the impacts of climate change on human health.
Climate change is a severe and ever-growing threat to human health worldwide. Our 2024 Emerging Leaders Prize will recognize scientists who are making a significant impact by demonstrating how health outcomes in the UK are being affected by climate change and who have shown great potential to become research leaders of the future.
At the ceremony and drinks reception, you'll hear from our winners on how the prize will help to drive forward their research and career.
The event will take place on Thursday 28th November 2024 from 7-9pm in the Wolfson Rooms at the Royal Society, 6-9 Carlton House Terrace London SW1Y 5AG. Attendance is free-of-charge.
If you are able to attend, we would be grateful if you could please RSVP by 20 September, by reserving a ticket. When you reserve a ticket you will be asked if you have any dietary and/or accessibility requirements.
We would be delighted if you could join us for drinks and canapes. Dinner is not provided.
