Engaging the conscious consumer: Why transparency is key to brand trust

With scrutiny around green claims increasing, and the regulatory landscape becoming more complex, transparency around brands' sustainability claims has never been more important.

Amazon’s Climate Pledge Friendly (CPF) programme is a sustainable shopping program, which helps its customers navigate and shop for products that have sustainability features.

Amazon partners with third-party certifications and verifications, such as the Carbon Trust, that help highlight products that meet certain sustainability standards. Once certified or verified against these standards, and provided they meet any additional requirements as defined by Amazon, the product qualifies for Amazon’s CPF programme.
