Founder Q&A with Mallika Basu & James Dye

Join our food entrepreneurs for a lively discussion about the highs and lows of making it big in the food world.

At this session, Mission Kitchen mentors will be sharing their stories about how they built their food businesses, and some of the valuable lessons they learned along the way.

This is an open session where we encourage participants to get involved, ask questions and apply ideas to their own projects and businesses.

Please note that this is an in-person event.

For this Q&A, we will be learning from Mallika Basu and James Dye.

Mallika is a food and drink industry commentator, entrepreneur, cookbook author and communications consultant to food, drink and destinations. She is the co-founder of premium spice company SIZL Spices and founder of Basu Consulting combining her 20+ year experience in PR and Communications with her love of food.

James is a serial entrepreneur who has been at the forefront of a number of London’s leading food, drink and event destinations, including pubs, restaurants, neighbourhood grocers and bars. He has lead the creation and growth of Gladwell's, The Camberwell Arms, Peckham Springs and Frank’s CafΓ© and Rooftop Bar.
