From Your Locals x DATA sessions launch event
Come celebrate with Melody Akanji and Jadine Downes for the launch of their new community initiative “from your locals” where the two hope to culturally produce events that cater for their local community and platform cultures
The event will be in collaboration with DATA, a creative collective, coinciding with the launch of Surface Underground magazine. The collective will open up the space with a live jam session, so bring your vocals or your best two-step!
Join us for an open conversation between multi-media artist and writer Kieran Kenlock, creative director of good villains, alongside Joel Jack, artist and founder of DATA. The two will provide a scope into their journeys in their creative ventures so far and cultivate a space of relatability for anyone trying to start something new or on the search for some inspiration
Come outside, meet someone new, join the jam, gain a new gem and find some community!
