Hyde Park Picnic!

We're super excited to be hosting the first in-person FTM London event of 2021!

We'll be meeting in Hyde Park for two hours of outdoor socialising! This event is subject to weather conditions and Covid restrictions.

We will be providing drinks and small snacks, but feel free to bring your own - just no alcohol.

Our selection of Library books will also be avaiable to browse and rent out!

Safety

We've implemented measures to make the event as safe as possible, but we need you to play your part in this, so please read the below guidelines before reserving a place.

• This event is limited to 20 tickets - this is due to regulations which limit the number of people who can safely meet up in a group outside.

• If you have symptoms of coronavirus within 14 days of the event, please do not attend. Symptoms include a new and continuous cough, high temperature, and a loss of taste and/or smell. For more information, visit the NHS website.

• If you have a picnic blanket you can sit on, please bring it, and we will also have some spares.

• Please wear a facemask unless you are exempt from wearing one.

• Please do not share food with other people not in your household. All the drinks and snacks we are providing will be in invdividual portions to minimise risk.

• While at the event, please maintain a safe distance from those not in your household - 2 metres ideally, 1 metre minimum.

• We will be providing hand sanitiser, and we ask that everyone please sanitise their hands upon arriving and leaving the event. All external equipment will also be sanitised before and after the event.

Accessiblity

We will be meeting on grass near a well-maintained main path. We'll email all attendees the day before the event to let you know where to meet us!

This event is open to all people who identify as trans men or transmasculine and are over the age of 18.
