In common: wellbeing at work

Health & Wellness

Join us for the second event in our new series 'In common: wellbeing in the workplace' where we will be showing you how to manage stress and achieve balance between life activities.

Is it possible to strike the perfect work-life balance?

Corporations and businesses often talk about the importance of employees having the perfect work-life balance, but it's down to us to find it. It feels as though every day we're faced with a new study warning us about stress, burnout, imposter syndrome, gaslighting and more. So, where do we start?

During our talk, we'll be discussing the importance of wellness in the workplace. Our speakers will be sharing the steps to take to ensure our mental, physical and emotional health is looked after at work. We want you to walk away with practical ideas on how you can improve your work-life balance and learn how to de-stress in the office.Β

Here at dotdigital, we're dedicated to celebrating diversity and inclusivity. That's why we're super-excited to announce our brand-new series of events.Β In common.
