Innovation Hubs Hackathon

Business & Professional

INNOVATION HUBS HACKATHON

The Innovation Hubs Hackathon is an innovation-focused event where participants will work collaboratively in small teams with diverse skillsets and experience to re-imagine how organisations, large and small, can establish, collaborate in, and take advantage from innovation and digital hubs.

An Innovation Hub is defined as a business ecosystem - a network of organisations and individuals - who work collaboratively to develop and deliver value that they could not individually provide by themselves.

The development of innovation hubs represents an opportunity to integrate competencies from different ecosystem actors and accelerate collaboration towards the co-development of novel solutions. It is certainly a promising proposal; however the creation of such hubs also represents a challenge, especially when open and collaborative innovation practices have not yet been implemented in many organisations.

Therefore, the challenge you will be solving at this hackathon is β€œHow to collaborate in hubs to accelerate innovation?”

Join us at the LSE on Saturday, 14th December 2019 and put your brain cells, skills and experiences to work during this one-day event full of fun and learning. Everyone can contribute and make a difference!

Applications are open until midnight on Monday 9th December, and spots are limited!
