Coming from a background of design and business, Chen’s role is to understand business objectives, mission & values, as well as workstyles, and culture to help create an optimal holistic work experience.

Lewis Barker // Workplace Services Manager | UK & Ireland // ServiceNow

Lewis Barker is the Workplace Services Manager UK&I in the Workplace Services Team at ServiceNow. In his role, he is responsible for the Workplace at large and connects the needs and ambitions of his internal customers/teams within the business. Making the world of work, work better for people is in the company’s DNA and is also embedded in the WPS culture. His main interests are driving employee experiences and culture in the workplace operations and improving these areas through design. Involved in driving culture and experience across EMEA through design and technology is at the forefront of what are workspace team are currently focusing on.

Claire Pettitt // Director, International Operations // Bumble

Claire oversees Bumble's business operations internationally (including UK, Europe, India and Australia amongst various other countries) with particular focus on Legal, People & Culture, Finance and corporate structure. With over 8 years of experience in growing startups and scale-ups, as well as a background in psychology and management consultancy, she's passionate about solving problems and empowering teams. In her spare time, she also leads the woodwind section and sits on the board of trustees for Basement Orchestra which performs in unusual venues, collaborating with immersive arts initiatives including Secret Cinema, Book Slam and the Secret Garden Party festival.
