In this Q&A discussion we will meet inspiring entrepreneurs who actively promote mental well health in their businesses and also hear first-hand accounts from those who have overcome personal mental health difficulties within the workplace.

Rachel Morris - Founder of Motion Learning Leadership Development Company
Rachel is an Executive Coach and Founding Partner of Motion Learning - an established and respected leadership development company. She has supported the well-being and development of workplace professionals in a career spanning over 20 years and her personal client list includes leaders of brands as diverse as Channel 4, Manolo Blahnik and the Victoria and Albert Museum.
Elizabeth Cowper - VP HR & Global Wellness Lead for Tapestry
Elizabeth is the Global Wellness Lead for Tapestry (Kate Spade, Coach and Stuart Weitzman) and VP HR for Europe. She has over 20 years in the HR field, is a mother of three and runs WoMo Network, an initiative that supports working mothers. She has a strong passion for wellbeing with a first-hand experience.
Phil Tottman β Co-Creator, Book of Beasties
Phil is a journalist, writer and co-creator of the multi-award winning Book of Beasties: The Mental Wellness Card Game (www.bookofbeasties.com). Graduating from the University of West London with a BA Hons in Broadcast Journalism, he went on to write for media companies Bauer, Newbay and Incisive before diverting his focus to the world of children's mental health with illustrator Tom Dryland and designer Nadia De Kuyper.
Penny Grievea - MD for UK & Ireland, Rituals
Penny's background is working in the luxury sector with prior roles at Harrods, Selfridges, Korres, the fashion accessory brand Folli Follie and the fine jewellers Georg Jenson. As Managing Director of Rituals UK and Ireland, Penny empowers her teams to further build on workplace relationships, camaraderie and empathy. The brandβs mindset and emphasis is on mindful wellbeing and own self-care. Penny has recently become a mentor for the Princeβs Trust.

There is no parking at Westmont Enterprise Hub/University of West London due to building works. There is metered parking around the University, however, we highly recommend you to travel by public transport. Nearest tube stations are Ealing Broadway and South Ealing β both 10minutes walk to the Hub.
