Mental Health in Business Panel

According to Mind UK, at least one in six workers are experiencing common mental health problems including anxiety and depression. However, there are simple steps you can take to look after yourself and your colleagues.

In this Q&A discussion we will meet inspiring entrepreneurs who actively promote mental well health in their businesses and also hear first-hand accounts from those who have overcome personal mental health difficulties within the workplace.

Our discussion will include:

  • How to recognise stress, anxiety and depression
  • Workplace relations and getting support
  • Coping techniques and stress management
  • Creating a health work/life balance
  • Recent mental health initiatives, innovations and developments in business
