Navigating Being a Neurodivergent In The Workplace Panel Talk

Health & Wellness

Join us for an evening of open conversation around how to navigate being a Neurodivergent in the workplace.

WHY WE ARE HOLDING THE EVENT?

Whether you have a formal diagnosis or not, we know that at least 1 in 7 people understand the world from a Neurodivegent perspective. Through ourselves at SLCP, our clients we work with and the conversations that we have, we know that being Neurodivergent can make you feel like you:

- are susceptible to burn-out

- are more likely to experience imposter syndrome

- struggle to implement boundaries

We will also explore other points such as: what is neurodivergence; strengths and challenges for neurodivergents in a world build for neurotypicals; and approaches and strategies to support.

All things mentioned differ from person to person and no two individuals are the same, as we have all had different experiences that shape our understanding and capacity for the world. However we believe that it is important to not shy away from the stigma and instead be upfront about addressing the things that we struggle with.

So please join this free event and get involved in the conversation. We want this to be an inviting space and a chance to meet like-minded individuals that you can network with.

More details to follow on our panellists that will be joining us.

WHERE WE WILL BE?

On the 6th floor at Peckham Levels in the Auditorium. Food and drinks will be avaible to buy at the event.
