Opening of the World of Wood Festival in London

Come celebrate all things wood as we launch the World of Wood (WoW) Festival in London.
The Building Centre in London is poised to be the physical centre of the World of Wood (WoW), a six week festival highlighting the role of global forests and global timber in creating our low carbon future.
This will be your first opportunity to get your hands on the two global manifestos being launched the following week at COP26, as well as a chance to network for built environment, forest supply chain and climate policy experts ahead of COP26. It will also be your first chance to take a look at the Wood Awards physical exhibition at the Building Centre.
Who should attend?
This event is open to all attendees with an interest in climate policy and the built environment who can make it to the Building Centre in London.
Speakers:
David Hopkins, chief executive of Timber Development UK will provide a short introduction to WoW, what we are trying to achieve in COP26, the upcoming manifestos, and introduction to Wood Awards exhibition.
