Building a startup can feel like you are on the starting line of a race, the gun is fired, and no one (except you!) moves forward.
Operations is fundamentally about helping companies and teams work more effectively, efficiently and cross-functionally.
This event will have a practical focused based on experience working with many scaling companies. We will focused on how to get your team ready and how to set up the operational processes to translate strategy into action.

π What growing pains to watch out for as symptoms of bad operations
