Opportunities to Scaling Deep Retrofit Report LaunchΒ
Our homes consume about 30% of the UKβs energy and produce 20% of greenhouse gas emissions. 80% of that energy is used for space and hot water heating, mostly using gas.
With a net-zero target for UK carbon emissions, it is vital that we cut the energy required for domestic space and hot-water heating to a minimum and use only zero carbon sources.
Connected Places Catapult hosted Housing Innovation Week back in September 2019convening industry stakeholders to explore the challenges and opportunities to scaling deep retrofit in the UK.
Join us to hear more about key findings from CPCβs insights and discuss collectively what we role we can all play scaling deep retrofit for the future.
