People Of The Pizza (Dominos please sponsor us) is a world of weird crazy fun. The exhibition includes work made by Art Press over the past seven months. This includes our films, food sculptures, and make up art. We talk about activism and environmentalism and what it means to be #woke.

This year Art Press has worked with Deborah Findlater, Belinda Brisset, Nicole Morris, Ursula Kelly, Eunice Dickinson, Sophie Blagden, and Rosie Mills Eckmire.

ABOUT ART PRESS //

Art Press are a collective of young creatives (age 14-21) who work with Turf Projects in monthly free workshops that help you explore your own creativity and introduce you to new things. The group have fun while creating, and look forward to pizza and jokes. Art Press work with a different artist each month to learn new skills and create work collaboratively. Did we also mention food? There's that too (Dominos still hasn't sponsored us :( ).

Since 2017 young people that make up Art Press have designed their own workshop series by choosing which artists to meet, what processes to try, and how to showcase their work. Turf hosts and facilitates the sessions for the group.
