Pride 2021 - The LGBparTy Drinks Reception

We are delighted to announce that to celebrate Pride 2021 the LGBT+ society has launched a number of exciting initiatives which will take place throughout the month of June.

The finale of these, is our first ever in person Social Event - the Pride 2021 Drinks Reception.

We are even more thrilled to announce that this year we are partnering with Schools OUT - a charity with the over-arching aim of making our schools and education settings safe and inclusive for everyone.

To celebrate this, our guest speaker for the event will be Dr Sue Sanders, Founder of LGBT History Month UK , Professor Emeritus of the Harvey Milk Institute and Chair of Schools OUT UK.

She will be speaking on addressing the following: What role do you believe the education sector can play in supporting the LGBT+ community?

Drink reception to follow and everyone is most welcome - so drop into the office and help up celebrate another year of Pride!
