Private View, Ned Prizeman: Internal Interlude at SET Kensington

Performing & Visual Arts

An immersive experience with mechanical sculptures and paintings bringing together the most recent artworks of Ned Prizeman.

Ned Prizemanโ€™s body of work is uplifting, contemplative and whimsical. It is self-reflective and reminiscent of an angsty digital age: staying at home and playing with your demons. Talking with the demons is an internal reflective state, riding emotional ups and downs through narrative and realisation. This exhibition is an interpretation of new age internet culture. โ€˜Interludeโ€™ is the meaning of the space in-between - the procrastination that enables the user to access emotions to channel energy through the abyss of the metaverse. Procrastination is where thoughts and emotions are built up, to create a network of understanding and perception to fathom the world spiritually and materially. Mediums including sculpture, painting, interactive and digital.
