LSE Law is delighted to host an event on The Public Order Bill
The Public Order Bill is in the final stages of the legislative process. For several commentors the Bill risks significant interference with both fundamental rights or speech and association and the ability to engage in peaceful protest. This seminar, which is open to the public as well as LSE students, will interrogate these concerns.
