From sex work, to stripping and surgery stories, Volume I takes you on a fashion-documentary journey through the everyday lives of women working within the adult industry. Through this body of work, SMUT attempts to undermine our dominantly heterosexual visual culture and questions whether the queer gaze can celebrate female sexuality rather than objectify.
