The SOAS Negotiation Competition is a simulation of real-life legal negotiations based on dialogue and discussion between two sets of partners, acting as solicitors on behalf of clients, to attempt to resolve the legal issues entailed in the provided case scenarios. By the end of the competition, participants will gain valuable experience in negotiation and dispute resolution and an in-depth understanding of the procedures and formalities it involves.
The competition is open to both Law and non-Law students, and there is no previous experience required as training will be provided.
