SYNOPSIS

Everyone talks about DevSecOps being more than tools and processes, about the need for security culture. When it's your responsibility to make it happen, what do you actually do?

I love software-centric threat modelling because it's not a nebulous "think like an attacker", it's actually a practical structured approach. This talk is about bringing the same energy to the elusive security culture and of course the role that threat modelling has to play.
