As it will be Customer Service Week let's have an informal get together for Customer Support professionals at the Tyk office in Shoreditch, hopefully the first of many!
The focus of this event will be Metrics and their influence/influences on them. The exact structure of the evening is still in progress but there'll be pizza for everyone, and a talk or two at least.
This event is open to all Customer Support professionals and the Support Driven Community.
Support Driven (SD) is an online community of more than 5500 members who care deeply about Customer Support.
