The AI Republic: The Nexus Between Human and Intelligent Automation

In our fortnightly series of events, IE Adjunct Professor Mark Esposito will deliver a master class on the world of artificial intelligence (AI) and the ways in which it is helping businesses of different sizes in various industries, discover new competitive advantages.

Over the next ten years, we will see more change in the world than we have seen in the last 250 years. The speed at which technology is evolving is transforming the way we live our lives and do business. In recent years an increasing number of companies are using AI to slash costs, often without sacrificing effectiveness; and many now are considering making AI a fundamental part of new product development and service value propositions.
The AI Republic co-Author Mark Esposito explores a future shaped by AI and explains how we can build a shared space where humans and intelligent automation can work together. Their new book reached bestseller status on Amazon, claiming the number 1 spot in the USA and the UK.

IE’s London team will be offering individual consultations for those considering applying to IE and a special presentation on our recently launched, one of a kind, Tech MBA. It will be delivered by Associate Dean Jose Esteves. There will also be an option to take the IE admissions test, on the same day.

The master class will be followed by a networking cocktail where you will be able to continue discussions and meet IE alumni.

Dr. Mark Esposito is an Adjunct Professor of Strategy at IE Business School and one of the faculty leads in the Global Advanced Management Program.
He is a professor of business and economics at Hult International Business School and a clinical professor in the Fourth Industrial Revolution at Thunderbird Global School of Management at Arizona State University.
He has served as Co-Leader of the Institute Council for the Microeconomics of Competitiveness Program at the Institute of Strategy and Competitiveness at Harvard Business School and has been a faculty member at Harvard University since 2011. He has written and co-authored 11 books, two of which have been Amazon bestsellers—Understanding how the future unfolds (2017) and The AI Republic (2019).
