One final gathering of the London Bibliophiles for 2021
Dear all,
We hope you're well and are adapting to 'normal life' once again!
During the first lockdown, we hosted a number of online events and we wanted to thank everyone who helped out or attended those.
We have also held some incredible lives events over the past five years and this could not happened without the help of our fantastic members, sponsors and supporters.
However, in the future, we will be changing the format of the Society. We hope to hold just one event per year that will serve as a networking opportunity for members to congregate in a convivial setting. In line with this change, we have stopped all payments of membership fees from now on.
But do not fear... we would like to invite you to one final gathering for 2021 and welcome all of our members- old and new- to join us on Friday 22nd October for a last hurrah. The event is kindly being hosted by 'Firsts: London's Rare Book Fair' at the Saatchi Gallery Bar (Floor 2, Room K) from 5-7pm.
Any remaining Society funds will be donated to the ABA Educational Fund, who have kindly supported us over the years.
There will be drinks (of course) and all attendees will be able to access the book fair without charge.
