The Long Table, Queens Crescent

Community & Culture

Join us for an evening of live music and food to explore perceptions of safety on Queens Crescent and learn about what's to come!

We’re working with local partners to create events and activities along Queen’s Crescent to bring more life and people to the street. Come along and help us learn about what works well and what doesn't as we look to the future of Queen’s Crescent.

We would love to invite you to our final event on Queens Crescent - The Long Table, taking place 6-8pm on Thursday 2nd December!

This event has been created in response to some of the things we’ve heard from local people about Queens Crescent after dark. Through the event we aim to work alongside local people to animate the space during the evening, explore the impact of the trial pedestrianisation after dark and learn through doing about what works well and what doesn’t for the future of the street.

On the evening you can expect:

- Live music - young and upcoming local musicians will be playing throughout the evening, the performances will be curated by MAP Studio Cafe.

- Free food - a selection of food to share provided by the local businesses along the Crescent. This includes seasonal soup by Kentish Town City Farm, vegetarian food from Artichoke Cafe and dessert!

- Photography Exhibition - centred around perceptions of safety by PhotoVoice, a charity which promotes the ethical use of photography for positive social change.

- Information - about what’s to come for the future of Queens Crescent!
