The Zone Book Club: Create a Gender-balanced Workplace with Ann Francke

Business & Professional

Zone is delighted to host an evening with Ann Francke OBE, author of Create a Gender-balanced Workplace

In association with Penguin Business and Campaign, Zone is delighted to host an evening with Ann Francke OBE, Chief Executive of the Chartered Management Institute and author of Create a Gender-balanced Workplace, and we would like to invite you to join us at our office in London to hear her discuss her latest book and debate issues of gender equality at work over some drinks and canapΓ©s.

Gender balance is first and foremost a business issue. McKinsey estimates we could add 28 trillion to global GDP if we achieved gender equality everywhere - that is more than the GDPs of the US and China combined. But it is so much more than that. Gender balance is one of the best levers we can pull to build better managers and leaders at every level, improve team performance and create better cultures where everyone can thrive.

In Create a Gender-balanced Workplace, Ann Francke introduces her solution to combating the problems at the heart of the continued imbalance and offers clear, actionable strategies for making a positive change in your organisation.

Don’t miss your opportunity to hear Ann offer valuable insight from her book, available from Penguin Business, and bag yourself a free copy!

Register today for your free place. A copy of Create a Gender-balanced Workplace, drinks and canapΓ©s are all included.
