UCLPartners - Network Evening - Shifting the NHS Culture

Uncategorized

Shifting the NHS Culture – from Performance focussed to a Learning CultureNetwork Evening – Tuesday 10 September, 2019 5.30 – 8 pm Following on from the success of the previous Primary and Community Care Network evening, Professor Martin Marshall and I are very pleased to invite you to the upcoming Network evening here at UCLPartners offices, 170 Tottenham Court Road. This is a great opportunity for those keen to develop their working culture from performance based to shared learning. We are excited to announce the key speakers for the evening:β€’ Professor Rebecca Malby, Professor in Health Systems Innovation at London South Bank University, where she leads the Health Systems Innovation Lab, providing change management support to systems change work. β€’ Dr Rachel Roberts, local GP and Head of Primary Care, Health Education England - Education and Development working across North London. Rachel is actively involved in Primary Care Transformation and Leadership Development. β€’ Professor Al Mulley, Managing Director, Global Health Care Delivery Service, The Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy and Clinical Practice and Professor of Medicine at The Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth. Al works closely with UCL Partners and other UK systems providing insights, expertise and tools to support emerging Integrated Care Systems. We trust that you will have an enjoyable fun evening and that you will leave better equipped with ideas to support shifting the culture in your organisation. The event will begin with registration at 5.30 pm and will provide an opportunity to network and meet with colleagues and will include a drinks reception at the conclusion of the evening.
