Following on from last year's successful pilot urban hikes, I am pleased to announce the official launch of Urban hikes for mental health! You are welcome to come to the free launch party to find out more. There will be a licensed bar, official launch message by Jo, wellbeing area including an introduction to mindfulness and free head massage, and discounted tickets for this year's urban hikes available to purchase on the night (cash only).
