SYNOPSIS
Agile is often regarded as a way of working that only surfaced fairly recently, but we'll go on a journey to discover the ways projects in the early 20th century delivered on time and on budget using techniques that look oddly familiar.

Using what we learn we'll break agile working down to it's most simplistic form, stripping away all the frameworks, jargon and confusion in the hope that with a deeper understanding of what Agile is trying to accomplish you can learn to better apply it to your day to day lives.
