"Why should governments care about science?"

Health & Wellness

Join us at the Queen Mary and Barts and The London Alumni Association Spring Lecture

Science and technology affect virtually every part of our lives and every policy decision that governments make. Modern governments must work out how they will access the scientific knowledge they need and apply the technologies that will be required. In this lecture I will discuss what this means in practice for the UK and the civil service.
