Aquarius Full Moon: Cacao + Sound Bath Journey with Harriet Emily

Join Harriet Emily for an evening of Sound Healing and Cacao at One Marylebone in conjunction with Xscape Studio at Chameleon. On this evening, Harriet will guide you on a unique sound bath journey using the gongs, crystal singing bowls and other sound healing instruments. Our focus will be to connect the energy of the Full Moon and reflect on what you wish to honour and release.

The evening will begin with a smoke cleansing experience using dried herbs and incense to cleanse and clear your energy. You will then receive your own drink of ceremonial cacao as you are guided into the hall to find your space for the sound journey.

Once everyone has arrived, Harriet will lead you through the process of drinking your cacao with the crystal singing bowls and the drum. After this, Harriet will invite you to take a few deep breaths as you feel the energy of the cacao settling into your body, opening your heart space and focusing your energy.

Then, it’s time to simply lie back and close your eyes as Harriet takes you on a guided meditation to release and let go of what you wish to under this full moon. Once you have let go, she will take you on a blissful sound journey with the gongs to help you unwind as you listen to their transformative sounds. She will then transition onto the crystal singing bowls to help soothe and uplift your energy, before finally closing the experience with the magical sounds of the koshi chimes and ocean drum.

Once the sound journey has finished, you will be left in silence for a few minutes before Harriet calls you back into the space and invites you to reawaken, where you will take a few deep breaths before opening your eyes.
