In this talk, Nancy Maher will share her journey in Tech from software engineer to Tech leadership roles. Nancy believes in the power of sharing our to inspire women and underrepresented groups to get into Tech.

With 28 years of experience, Nancy has led global teams and worked in Canada, France, and the UK. In 2022 she founded Kinkajou Limited, a consultancy that supports individuals and organisations in evolving ways of working, leading, and collaborating. Nancy is passionate about driving gender diversity in Tech. She is a Google #IamRemarkable Gold Facilitator and runs free monthly workshops for all genders who struggle with self-promotion.
