On 31st January, UCL Minorities and Philosophy (MAP) will be hosting our third annual public lecture, named the Harriet and Helen Memorial Lecture after John Stuart Mill's collaborators Harriet and Helen Taylor. This year our speaker will be Amia Srinivasan, formerly of UCL and recently appointed to be the Chichele Professor of Social and Political Theory at All Souls College, Oxford. Professor Srinivasan's talk is entitled 'Talking to my Students about Pornography'. After the talk there will be a Q&A, and then a reception involving wine and soft drinks.
Open to all and free of charge. You must sign up to attend.
