Miguel Morel is the founder and CEO of Arkham, an early stage startup building a software platform that delivers intelligence on cryptocurrency networks. Arkham reveals the real-world entities and activities underlying the crypto markets, providing valuable insight to traders, investors, government agencies, and others who seek to penetrate beneath the surface of blockchains. The New York Times recently featured Arkham’s analysis in its coverage of the dramatic price collapse of a top 10 cryptocurrency, Internet Computer (ICP). Arkham’s investors include Tim Draper and the founders of Palantir and OpenAI.

Miguel previously co-founded Reserve Protocol, a project that provides stable currency to people in hyperinflationary economies such as Venezuela, where it is the most downloaded payments app. Reserve’s investors include Coinbase, Digital Currency Group, Peter Thiel, and Sam Altman, and it is currently valued at over $1 billion.
