6.30-8.30/9ish Mix & Mingle on the GROUND FLOOR BAR - with tunes from DJ Grant & FREE FOOD - Complimentary Sharing platters provided by the venue.

8.30/9 ish we will go downstairs into the COCKTAIL LOUNGE, where we have a booth booked for our group- there are a few more rooms and PARTY time in the CLUB ROOM if you so wish to partake.

We recommend those who want to mingle and chat with other members to ARRIVE EARLY!

We will be introducing all our guests to each other when you arrive. Anyone arriving solo - absolutely fine - most of our members do.

A valid ID (Passport, European id, or Driving Licence but no student card, travel passes or bank or credit cards) needs to be shown at the entrance. Minimum age for this event is 21 years.

Dress Code, smart/glam/afterwork gear NO sportswear

FOOD - Complimentary platters that need to be shared around the entire group - I cannot promise how much you're going to get - if you're hungry please eat before the event or order food from the BAR MENU.

I will be hosting so will be there to meet & greet and introduce you to others if required (please request introductions).

WE HAVE NOT RUN THIS EVENT BEFORE - What does this mean? We don't know what the music is going to be like, how loud it is, what time it starts and many other factors which are venue dependant. If you want an event where everything goes perfectly to plan this probably isn't the best one for you.. If you're happy to muddle through with us on the night as we find out please join us - IT WILL ALL BE FINE!
