However, effective Benefits Management comprises activities from project inception through to post-project closeout and requires actions to be undertaken by a whole variety of roles. These include senior management, the sponsor, the project manager, the project team, the users and the PMO. During this session, weโ€™ll provide an overview of the end to end Benefits Management process and the contribution of each of the players, with reference to theory and real-life case studies. Delegates will be given the opportunity to reflect on the gap between theory and their experience/ practice and explore the challenges of co-ordinating Benefits Management activities and potential strategies and tactics to overcome them. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SPEAKER BIOGRAPHIESEileen J RodenEileen is an experienced PMO and PPM Consultant and Trainer, specialising in the development and delivery of bespoke training and consultancy to help organisations improve their delivery capability in a range of industry sectors including transport, finance, pharmaceuticals, defence, utilities and the public sector.
