Gabriel Akin-Odujobi (Host)

Gabriel has held several commercial leadership positions within leading marketing organisations since retiring from International athletics. He’s been a BTSN member since 2021 and is incredibly passionate about tackling discrimination in the workplace.

Kolarele Sonaike

Kolarele is a prominent barrister specialising in Employment Law and Commercial Litigation. He's also an accredited mediator, Communication Coach, author, and host of the Great Speech Podcast. With a diverse clientele spanning individuals, businesses, and multinationals, Kolarele excels in various legal arenas, from County Courts to the Court of Appeal. He's dedicated to community development as President Emeritus of the 100 Black Men of London and serves on the board of the 100 Black Men of America.

Louise Carr

Louise is a seasoned Employment Law Consultant with over 20 years of experience, specialising in advising employers, from PLCs to SMEs. She's a skilled advocate in employment tribunals, excelling in complex discrimination cases. Louise believes in building strong client relationships, offering pragmatic yet effective solutions.
