Booking Policy: GROUP SIZES: We are adhering to the Government’s ‘rule of six’. By booking with us you confirm your guests are from one household. PLEASE NOTE: If you or any of your guests have symptoms of COVID-19 you must postpone your visit. If you need to postpone or cancel your booking, please do let us know. TRACK & TRACE: Track & Trace is compulsory in our pubs, we reserve the right to refuse entry if details are not provided. FACE MASKS: Please note that the wearing of face masks is compulsory in our pubs when not seated at a table. The team reserves the right to refuse entry if masks are not worn. TABLE DURATION: For all bookings we have a standard table duration of 2 hours. If you would like to stay longer than your allocated time, please let us know on the day and we will do our best to accommodate you. REQUESTING TABLES: We will always do our best to accommodate requests, but we are unable to guarantee a specific table. 15 MINUTE BOOKING POLICY: We operate a 15 minute booking policy for all bookings, which means that we may have to release your area after fifteen minutes of your booking time if you have not contacted us to let us know you are running late. If you are running late or have any issues with your booking, please let us know.
