Celebrating the Dalemain Marmalade Awards

To celebrate this years winning Dalmain Marmalade, we are dedicating a day to marmalade with tastings, demonstrations and cocktails!
The Marmalade Awards are a part of the Dalemain festival which takes place at the Dalemain Mansion & Historic Gardens in Cumbria. Fortnum & Mason are sponsors of the Homemade Marmalade Award, which is open to all keen amateur marmalade makers.
The winning marmalade is then sold at Fortnum & Mason for one year following the announcement of the winner on 20th April. 50p from every winner’s jar sold goes to hospice care.
To celebrate this year's winner, we are dedicating a day to marmalade with tastings from 10am to 1pm, where you will get the opportunity to vote for your favourite, a demonstration from our chefs on how to use marmalade in cooking from 2pm to 4pm, and a taster of some marmalade cocktails from 5pm to 8pm.
All are free events – just turn up!
