Cellular Pathology Discussion Group December 2019 Meeting

Science & Technology

We have another fantastic meeting coming up next month. On Thursday 5th December, the very special Gordon Museum of PathologyΒ will be home to our end of year evening meeting, and we have two more great talks lined up for you.

First up at 6:30pm is a talk entitled "Combining Macroscopic and Microscopic Features to Derive a Diagnosis of Products of Conception"Β by Maalaviya Kumanan, an Advanced Practitioner and Dissection Lead ofΒ Barking, Havering and RedbridgeΒ University Hospitals NHS Trust. Following this will be a talk by Dr Mike Osborn, Consultant Histopathologist, Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust and President of the Association of Anatomical Pathology Technology (title tbc).

As usual, this event is free, and we will be serving complimentary sandwiches and drinks from 6:00pm. This museum is not open to the public, so please do make the most of this unique opportunity to come and have a good look at the really impressive collectionsΒ on display.

We want to make sure that everyone is catered for, so please do let us know if you're going to be joining us. Simply select the number of tickets you require above, click "Register" and follow the instructions.

We would also like to take this opportunity to thank our sponsors, Cellpath, Agilent, Biocartis, AnatoPath Limited, HistoCyte Laboratories, Roche and Visiopharm for making this event possible.

Β The meeting will be held in the Hodgkin Building, which is Building F in this detailed map of the campus:
