What's that, time for another beer launch?
Yes indeed it is. Come down to the taproom to get your taste buds around our newest experimental brew, Chicha Sour.
This brew is a special one based on the traditional Peruvian soft drink Chicha Morada. This fruity beer is brewed with Maize Morada (Peruvian Purple Corn) and soured naturally before going through a traditional fermentation process. The end product is an unusual and delicious beer that highlights the incredible flavours that can come from exotic ingredients.
