Using Building Management System data to target maintenance:
This joint event between the CIBSE FM Group and the Building Controls Industry Association has been kindly sponsored by Managed Property Services (UK).
The event will cover, through case studies, the potential to use Building Management System (BMS) data to target maintenance resources, improving maintenance efficiency and effectiveness, and building performance. This will include as an alternative to Planned Preventative Maintenance comply with the SFG20 industry maintenance standards.
