Contemporary Hyloshapes: Book Launch

After being launched in Barcelona and Madrid, Contemporary Hyloshapes will be officially launched in London.
Back in 2020, Pau Geis started researching and compiling contemporary sculptures aiming to build a bridge to unusually connect the discipline with typeface design and graphic languages. By collaborating with many practitioners, and exhibiting in London and South America, the book encapsulates the design process and outcomes of this project. The evening will feature a conversation between Geis and Marta Úrbez, followed by music until late.
Pau Geis is an art director and designer from Barcelona, now based in Madrid after studying and living in London for many years. He works internationally across cultural and commercial projects, brands and institutions; related to art, music, research and fashion. His sculptural work is in close contact with industrial design, as well as researching new avenues where art and design are merged into one another.
Marta Úrbez is a Spanish designer and art director based in London.
