Join us for a discussion on salient issues of evidence in international arbitration from a comparative perspective.

This seminar organised by the Centre of Construction Law & Dispute Resolution brings together leading international practitioners and academics to discuss salient issues of evidence in international arbitration from a comparative perspective. The event will consist of two panels considering (1) the use of witnesses and experts and (2) issues of disclosure, admissibility and evaluation of evidence.

The seminar is free to attend in person and online. It will be followed by a networking drinks reception.
