Female Financial Dialogue #Finimized 2019, London

Our mission at Finimize is to empower more people to invest. 50% of our audience are female. So in 2018 we set out to understand the challenges of female investors (read the report here) and we created the #FFD2018 event to empower and celebrate the women who are breaking the mould.

In 2019 the Female Financial Dialogue will be hosted in 10 cities around the world by members of the Finimize Community.

We understand there are more challenges that need to be addressed. Women are still earning less and not moving into leadership positions.

The Guardian reports - There was no significant improvement in the gender pay gap between 2017 and 2018 with the gap shrinking slightly from 9.7% to 9.6%.

How can the women of today, help the women of tomorrow?

This year the Female Financial Dialogue flagship event will feature influential speakers discussing the 2019 theme: Women in leadership. Hear from Debbie Wosskow, OBE, Co-founder of AllBright, one of the fastest growing destination brand for women from all industries. Anna Brailsford, CEO of Code First: Girls, one of the largest communities of female tech talent in the UK. Maike Currie, Investment Director at multinational financial institution, Fidelity International and journalist for the Financial Times.
